To support the scientific departments and provide them with scientific plans and programs through coordination with all departments to facilitate the teaching mission for the purpose of developing management directly and carefully and to lead the scientific departments functions in a streamlined to match the scientific development taking place in the countries of the world.

It consists of the following units:

First: – Student Training Unit:

Tasks and duties

  • Coordinating with the Division of Curricula and Summer Training in the presidency of the university and other institutes in everything related to training.
  • Introducing the special private state departments to reserve training seats for the training of students in the first stage.
  • Follow up the students covered in the training and distribution of teaching staff on training sites, and achieve balance to cover the scientific supervision with the help of technicians.
  • Follow-up with the colleges and institutes of the provinces to reserve training sites for students wishing to train in other provinces as well as receive students of the provinces wishing to train within the geographical area of ​​our Institute.
  • Coordinating with the summer training committees in the scientific departments to distribute the students on the training sites and issuing the administrative orders
  • Regular meetings of the committees in the scientific departments to discuss the summer training work plan. Follow up the change of curriculum of the scientific sections and submit them to the sectoral committee for approval through the university
  • Issuing administrative orders for the distribution of scientific and practical supervisors on the training sites.
  • Consolidate the monthly reports of the scientific departments including the summer training course and present them to the Dean to be submitted to the university.
  • Preparation of the annual report for summer and administrative training to the Department of Scientific Affairs / Curriculum and Training Division at the University.
  • Follow-up receiving summer training reports for each student documented by the scientific supervisor and practical supervisor.
  • Prepare the annual scientific visits plan and follow up their implementation first hand.

Students and Graduates Employment Unit

  • Preparing the electronic and paper submission form
  • Instructing the student and the graduate to complete the application form.
  • Introducing the student to the application form.
  • Registration of the student’s name and scientific specialization and granting a sequence for review.
  • Developing the capacities of students and graduates.
  • Introducing students to English terminology they need when interviewing companies.
  • To prepare the student psychologically, mentally and knowingly in preparation for interviewing the appointment authorities.
  • Coordinate with the Employment Division at the university by raising the forms of applicants to the university in order to sort them and choose the highest rates and qualifications of candidates for nomination to the appointment authorities

Second: Continuing Education Unit:

Tasks and duties

  • Prepare an annual plan for the Continuing Education Program to train the trainees next year according to a pre-prepared form.
  • Distribution of the preparation of the training program on the scientific sections (for specialization – the title of the program – the date of the meeting – the main topics).
  • Obtain the university’s approval of the plan and distribute it to the scientific departments, in order to prepare for the implementation of the training program.
  • Issuing direct and disconnection orders for participants in training programs.
  • Fill out Form (1) for the implementation of the program or Form (2) for the delay.
  • Follow up the implementation of the program throughout the academic year.
  • Scheduling and preparing the final and final exams for the first and second classes.
  • Issuing administrative orders to distribute students to the exam halls.
  • Issuing administrative orders to form examination committees for morning and evening studies and any changes.
  • Identification of awareness centers and scheduling visits required for this purpose.
  • Follow-up facilitation of the task of visiting the awareness centers.
  • Distribution of CDs, voulders, university and uniforms
  • Issuing a final report on the activities of the awareness committee.

Quorum and university degree

  • Follow-up the preparation of university full-time forms in coordination with the scientific departments and audit with the Division of Human Resources.
  • Issuance of university full-time orders.
  • Preparation of schedules of assignments of instructors, technicians and external lecturers for morning and evening studies.
  • Follow up the problems resulting from the distribution of tables in terms of not covered quorum and reduce the quorum in terms of assigning additional responsibilities and reduce the quorum of age.
  • Issuing administrative orders for new assignments that did not change the scientific competence of teachers during the period of assignments for the year.
  • Follow-up with the financial divisions and auditing to identify problems and correct them and follow up to obtain the approval of the working circles of external lecturers.
  • Preparation of a special form for external lecturers that includes (application for external lecturer, third name, place of work, scientific title, job grade, certificate obtained, taxpayer / for the purpose of covering quorum / scientific holders, residence address, number and date of NOC, required documents , The article and the number of hours, see the corresponding committee, the signature of the Dean).

Assigning lecturers

  • Follow-up of external lecturers from the date of their arrival and know the schedules of their assignments and hours of assignment and issue their orders.
