According to the directives of  prof.Dr. Abdul Kadhim Al-Yasiri, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, opening to the Arab and foreign universities to exchange scientific experiences and to publish research with impact factors, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai,  Assisstant of the president of the University for Scientific Affairs and Hyder Al-Battat,the head of Cultural relations Department

The workshop was held between the Iraqi and Iranian sides through the presentation of the University of Amir Kabir, which was presented by a cadre of advanced from the same Iranian University under the chairmanship of Dr. Ahmed Shoshtri and Dr. Abdul Rida Rahimi to introduce the Departments of the University and its scientific specialization in detail and for the purpose of giving participants in this workshop the opportunity to get The initial acceptance that the Iranian staff is authorized to do so and to listen to the views and suggestions of the participants wishing to present and solve the problems and obstacles that would delay this great scientific project and give appropriate solutions to it.
