To the students (graduates from high school, scientific and literary branches and graduates of professional preparatory (industry, trade)) regardless of the rate and who are not entitled to morning admission to the institutes can apply for evening study in the Technical Institute of Najaf for the departments (communications, accounting, tourism, aviation and mechanics)
