Vision
The main goal for this unit is to enhance the environment of the university in order to promote the academic life of the students and the employees.
Mission
Keeping up and executing the procedures and the strategy of the institution, as well as, maintaining the infrastructure of the buildings and other facilities.
Objectives
1- Offering technical and engineering consultation.
2- Preparing economical and technical studies, as well as, preparing quantity schedules and plans for executing and supervising the proposed projects.
3- Planning, maintaining and reconstructing the infrastructure of the buildings, as well as, determining the amount of funding required for each.
The tasks of the engineering unit:
1- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the computer lab.
2- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the electricity lab.
3- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the road inside the institution.
4- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the entrance of the institution.
5- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for classrooms and labs.
6- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the primary school building.
7- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the parking project inside the institution.
8- Preparing quantity schedules, plans, and executing the drain/ sewage drainage project.
9- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the cafeteria.
10- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the maintenance and reconstructing of the building of the student hostel.
11- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the maintenance and reconstruction of the bathrooms and the floor of the classrooms.
12- Preparing quantity schedules for the reconstruction of the gardens.
13- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for the student’s gate of Al-Qudiss 2 neighborhood.
14- Preparing quantity schedules for maintaining the stadium.
15- Preparing quantity schedules for maintaining the roof of Al-Mukhtar Al-Thakafi hall.
