Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University implements the sixth international English Language Test “IELTS”… And Al-Zubaidi checks

Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University has registered an advanced competitive position in the British times sustainable development rating for the year 2024 TIMES IMPACT RANKINGS 2024, as the University ranked eighth (1001-1500) out of sixty-two Iraqi universities and colleges that registered competitive positions in the said rating.
It is noteworthy that the university achieved a sequence of 401-600 globally within the goal of sustainability in infrastructure and industrial projects, second after the University of Baghdad, the university also achieved a sequence of 301-400 globally and the sixth locally within the renewable and clean energy axis, while the university achieved the index of good health and well – being sequence 601-800 globally and the sixth place on Iraqi universities.
This indicated the official published results (https://www.timeshighereducation.com/impactrankings#!/length/25/locations/IRQ/sort_by/rank/sort_order/asc increase the number of Iraqi universities and colleges that have reserved their positions in the Times sustainable development ranking to 62 universities from 53 in the last version.
It is also noteworthy that Iraq ranked 37th in the world after 13 universities achieved competitive positions in the rating (The Times)
It should be noted that the British times sustainable development rating evaluates (2152) universities from (125) countries by achieving a number of United Nations goals out of 17 goals, including the quality of education, health, well-being, partnerships, industry and innovation.
The president of the University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, blessed the efforts of all the committees that worked hard to reach this level and extended his thanks and appreciation to them, wishing everyone continued progress and success.
