Facilitating university employees’ legal rights, including promotions, annual raises, medical and regular leave, maternity and paternity leave, spousal accompaniment leave, and study leave.

Providing university units with the necessary human resources through recruitment, reappointment, transfer, or secondment to maintain efficient operations and workflow.
• Committee Formation:
Establishing committees for certificate evaluation, job title adjustments, miscellaneous services, contract amendments, and technical assessments, among others.

Granting legal benefits for advanced degrees and academic promotions (from lecturer to assistant professor or from assistant professor to professor) in line with applicable regulations.
