The tasks of this division are summarized (transfer, assignment, vacations, circulars and directives, etc.) as it seeks to complete transactions related to university employees accurately in a way that achieves effective job management:
- Reviewing the employee's performance to determine his ability to carry out the tasks assigned.
- Issuing university orders for exemption and assignment after obtaining the necessary formal approvals for that.
- Diagnosing the employee's weaknesses in order to address them through training and development or transferring to another suitable job in line with his qualifications and experience.
- Preparing a standard evaluation system based on efficiency.
- Issuing letters of thanks and appreciation.
- Issuing orders to terminate the employee's service in accordance with the provisions of Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960 due to leaving work / death / resignation.
- Issuing circulars containing ministerial and university directives.
- Receiving requests from employees wishing to obtain various types of leave in accordance with relevant laws and decisions, verifying the employee's eligibility for each type of leave, obtaining the approval of the competent authority, and then issuing university orders for each leave.
- Granting the employee the required allowances in accordance with applicable laws.
- Providing the Employment and Staffing Division (Transfer) with the employee's separation and commencement date in his job after the end of the leave.
