The President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Receives the Governor of Najaf Al-Ashraf

The Employment and Staffing Division works on everything related to the job grade and title, including amendments, creation, deletion, transfer, and discussion with the Ministry of Finance regarding the approval of the university staff, as well as making the amendments required by the university staff, and contacting the Ministry of Finance to make deletions and creations for promotions for the university, and conducting correspondence with the deanships and departments of the university to determine the need for job grades and their distribution. The tasks and assignments of this division include the following:
- Issuing university orders including arranging the effects resulting from directing letters of thanks and appreciation (seniority).
- Issuing university orders to transfer the services of our university members (faculty and employees) (inside the university/ from and to our university).
- Issuing university orders to nominate our university members (faculty and employees) (inside the university/ from and to our university).
- Contacting all colleges regarding the nomination and transfer of services.
- Contacting the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the nomination and transfer of services.
- Contacting all universities regarding the transfer of services and placement.
- Preparing statistics on the transfer of services and placement for all previous years.
- Following up on the circulars of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to all colleges regarding transfer and placement.
- Preparing reports for the University President and the Administrative Assistant regarding all of the above.
- Issuing university orders for employment and re-employment at our university (faculty and employees).
- Completing statistics on appointment and reappointment for all previous years.
- Responding to circulars from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
- Preparing reports on appointment and reappointment.
- Providing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with statistics on top students.
- Issuing university orders regarding contracts according to Cabinet Resolution No. 315 of 2019.
- To work on the electronic systems for the appointment of top students / vacation system / activities system.
- Follow up and approve the university staff (the university presidency and all colleges and institutes).
- Follow up and audit all changes in the staff, which are (transfer / promotion / political dismissal / change of job titles / appointment and reappointment) documenting and archiving them electronically.
- Issuing the university order on the staff.
- Issuing university orders to change job titles according to Law (13 of 2012) for university members.
- Working on the electronic staff system, the first information system, the electronic leave system, and the activity documentation system.
- Issuing university orders for promotions for all university members, colleges, and institutes, including faculty and employees.
- Preparing the minutes of the Central Promotions Committee for the purpose of approving them by the administrative assistant and the university president and submitting them to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the purpose of approving them by His Excellency the Minister.
- Auditing the extent to which the employee is entitled to the bonus and promotion in terms of completing a full job year to grant him the bonus and the existence of a vacant position and completing the prescribed period and proving the employee's ability to occupy the position to which he is to be promoted and issuing university orders related to that and according to the instructions and laws in force for members of the university presidency.
- Issuing university orders regarding allowances for university presidency members according to the university's network allowances system.
- Working on the electronic promotions system.
