- Supplying the necessary data and information to all university departments and divisions.
- Managing the electronic and physical archiving procedures to ensure that all records are properly preserved, cataloged, and arranged. This includes keeping track of each employee's paper files and digitally preserving all administrative and university directives.
- Printing and managing university orders and official documents for presidency staff, including transfers, assignments, employment confirmations, duty commencements, committee formations, and financial advances. Processing leave requests (regular, sick, maternity, Alhaj, and Alumrah) and granting allowances (marital, child, location, hazard, civil defense). Official correspondence with governmental institutions.
- Calculating and recording leave balances for all staff.
- Preparing and printing detailed service summaries for employees.
- Electronically archiving all university orders and official documents received via correspondence for each staff member of the university presidency, organized according to the designated archiving system.
- Safeguarding and cataloging all university orders and official documents in individual employee files.
- Opening and organizing files in the archiving system for employees reassigned from other units to the university presidency.
