- Monitoring the progress of undergraduate and postgraduate studies to achieve the objectives stated in the law and ensuring continuous intellectual, educational, and scientific excellence.
- Approving the recommendations of departmental and branch councils.
- Approving the distribution of academic courses and units to faculty members and lecturers, forming thesis discussion committees, and setting their schedules.
- Implementing all instructions and regulations regarding the organization of scientific and educational affairs, as well as the decisions issued by the College Council.
1. Implementing instructions, regulations, and laws related to all administrative and financial matters.
2. Approving the recommendations of committees formed within the college.
3. Approving student registrations for studies.
4. Approving the purchase and import of laboratory equipment, supplies, journals, and books according to applicable regulations.
5. Approving rewards for individuals from outside the university for training, teaching, thesis supervision, and participation in comprehensive exam committees and discussion panels, as per applicable legislation.
