Department of Projects and Reconstruction

It is one of the main and important departments forming our university, which includes a number of associates who specialize in various engineering matters from engineers and technicians such as (architectural, civil, electricity, mechanics…. Etc.) and some supporting administrative competencies .
Department objectives:
The department aims to develop plans and prepare plans to submit projects for announcement after obtaining initial approvals by the ministry, follow-up after referral, during implementation and even during the maintenance period, and address implementation problems to continue the work.
Department activities:
The department is preparing a plan for future projects for the coming year in cooperation with the eleven formations of the University, in addition to being the link between the Technical Education Authority, the engineering departments and the Resident Engineer departments of those formations, as well as the intention to host the Resident Engineer cadres to identify the problems that hinder the work of projects and strive to solve them within the approved legal contexts.

One of the important divisions that performs follow-up tasks for projects implemented within the investment plan, namely projects referred by the Ministry of Education, Higher and scientific research and regional development projects implemented by the governorates.
B. planning division:

One of the important divisions that prepares the future plan and the needs of the University formations of projects and submits them for implementation after studying and studying the economic feasibility of the project and its importance to be implemented according to need and importance .
C. implementation division:
One of the important divisions that has the responsibility of studying the implementation of any project under implementation and studying requests for changes, deletion and development of project paragraphs within the requests of the Resident Engineer departments, in addition to studying the advances of contractors submitted by the resident departments and the extent of their conformity in terms of quantities and prices to the approved quantity tables and approval before submitting to the Accounts Unit for exchange purposes.
