In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, within the framework of scientific cooperation and exchange of academic expertise, the Najaf Technical College of Engineering at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University received a delegation of professors from Khawaja University in Iran. The delegation included Professor Dr. Pouya Baydari Daroni and Professor Dr. Samir Davari Farid. The visiting professors will present a series of scientific lectures and specialized workshops in the fields of engineering economics, research methodology, and electronic materials.
The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hassanein Ghani Al-Husseini, welcomed the visiting delegation, emphasizing the importance of this visit in opening new horizons for academic and research cooperation. It is worth noting that Khawaja University is one of the universities that has twinning agreements with Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University.
This initiative comes as part of the college’s efforts to develop the educational environment and open up to regional and international academic institutions, contributing to raising the level of engineering education and enhancing students’ capabilities.
