The Board of Directors of the Higher Education Fund at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University held its regular meeting, chaired by the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Kazem Al-Zubaidi, and attended by committee members, including Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Mohsen Al-Majtoumi, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, along with directors of relevant departments.
During the meeting, the board reviewed the agenda items, including matters recorded in the minutes of fund councils across various university formations, and necessary decisions were made accordingly.
The recommendations included providing financial support to several university formations to sustain the educational process, develop the university’s infrastructure, and support scientific activities. This initiative aims to enhance the university’s academic performance and keep pace with advancements in prestigious international universities, following a thorough review and audit of the submitted financial statements.
The University President emphasized the optimal investment of resources to achieve the university’s objectives and mission, foremost among them being the provision of high-quality technical education.
