Within the framework of the reconstruction and development campaign launched by Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, and in pursuit of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and enhancing the academic environment, infrastructure, and educational facilities across the university’s formations within its geographical scope, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, inspected the construction project of the Department of Laser and Cosmetic Technologies building at the Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute.
The Dean of the Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Qahtan Adnan Abdul-Fattlawi, welcomed the visiting delegation along with the senior staff of the institute.
It is noteworthy that the project is being implemented under the direct supervision and funding of the university presidency, as part of its strategic plans to develop infrastructure and strengthen the educational environment at the institute.
The President also reviewed the progress achieved in the project and urged the acceleration of its completion to establish a model academic environment for the students.
Accompanying the University President during his inspection visit were the Scientific Assistant to the President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai, along with members of the University Council.
