Vision and Goals
The division aims to assist final-year students and graduates of the Middle Euphrates Technical University from various specializations in developing and building their personal, scientific, and practical skills, as well as life skills in alignment with the labor market. This provides them with the opportunity to compete for jobs after graduation in both the public and private sectors locally or internationally, and to promote the culture of the private sector while alleviating the burden on the public sector.
- Guide and advise students and graduates on the importance of their various scientific specializations.
- Prepare scientific studies on curricula that contribute to its development to ensure alignment with the labor market.
- Stay updated with global scientific and knowledge advancements.
- Inform participants about the importance of the Division of Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up.
- Inform participants about the extent and impact of the trainee student on the institution’s reputation and productivity.
- Open communication channels with government institutions and the private sector and build bridges between graduates of various specializations and the labor market.
- Prepare and implement programs and training workshops for students and graduates of the Middle Euphrates Technical University in line with labor market requirements.
- Coordinate with academic departments and units within the university and obtain a working paper outlining the labor market for each specialization in both the public and private sectors.
- Follow up with students after their appointment in government institutions and the private sector, evaluating the benefit of their specialization.
