The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, honored student Mustafa Amer Abdul-Hurr for achieving first place among Iraq’s top students in the Creativity and Excellence Award for the Medical Laboratory Department at the College of Medical and Health Technologies / Kufa for the 2024 academic year.
