His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, Dr. Haider Hadi Al-Khazaali, with a certificate of appreciation on the occasion of Iraqi Legislation Day. This came during a grand celebration held at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, in the presence of an elite group of academics and legal experts. This initiative comes in appreciation of Dr. Al-Khazaali’s efforts and outstanding contributions to developing legal affairs and strengthening legislation in Iraq.
