The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the Guideline for Application and Admission Regulations to Private Universities and Colleges for the Academic Year 2025–2026.
The guideline includes the general principles adopted by the Central Electronic Application and Admission System, as well as the conditions and regulations for applying to morning and evening studies, the rules for other admission channels, details about the free scholarship program for medical group majors, and the minimum admission thresholds by specialization for private universities and colleges. It also outlines the admission inputs for each department and explains the application mechanism through the Ministry’s electronic platform (HEPIQ / Qadam Platform).
In this context, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research also announces the launch of the first phase of the electronic application process (account creation phase), according to the steps indicated in the guideline.
