The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of the electronic application form for evening studies to accept students from the families of martyrs who took the third-round exams and who do not currently have admission through this channel for the academic year 2025–2026.
The application includes graduates of general and vocational secondary education in all branches and specializations, as well as graduates of the Sunni and Shiite Endowments’ schools, Islamic studies, and the Institutes of Crafts and Fine Arts from the categories of the families of martyrs, for admission according to the corresponding specialization.
Electronic application (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq) will continue until the end of the official working hours on Tuesday, 2 December 2025.
The Martyrs Foundation will verify the data of the applicants, while the test scores will be entered by the colleges and departments with direct admission, based on the student’s application and after conducting the interview and test.
