The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application portal for the Quran Memorization Channel for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Applications are open to high school graduates of the 2024/2025 academic year from the Scientific, Literary, and Arts branches who have fully memorized the Quran and passed the examination conducted by a specialized committee.
Eligible students may submit up to 50 choices through the portal of the Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up at https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq. The application period will continue until Monday, November 3, 2025.
