Financial Affairs Tasks:
1. Responding to correspondence received from the Ministries of Higher Education and Finance.
2. Following up on financial allocations within the budget.
3. Monitoring financial transfer procedures with the ministry.
4. Providing financial allocations for the purchase of all university requirements.
5. Following up on allocations and funding for all university formations.
6. Following up on the transfer of employees relocated to our university.

1. Assistant Director of the Financial Affairs Department.

3. Responsible for unifying financial data among university formations.
4. Following up on official missions.
5. Organizing accounting records related to the budget account.
6. Preparing accounting entries and entering them into the governmental accounting program.
7. Preparing the trial balance for the university presidency.
