Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, in cooperation with the Independent High Electoral Commission, has continued the process of updating the voter registry for its employees, in coordination with the Media and Government Communications Departments and Follow-up.
During his meeting with the head of the delegation from the Independent High Electoral Commission, Najaf Office, Mr. Jalal Al-Halfi, the university president, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, emphasized that updating the voter registry enhances the culture of informed electoral participation by updating voter data.
He explained that the university is deploying all its capabilities to support the commission’s teams, ensure the success of the update phases, facilitate procedures, and ensure the readiness of electoral data in preparation for the upcoming constitutional deadlines.
