The Internal Departments Affairs Section is responsible for monitoring student affairs in internal departments, organizing administrative and social services, and ensuring the provision of suitable residential and educational environment. The section works to provide the highest levels of care and support for students in line with international quality standards and internationally recognized academic standards.
The section consists of a specialized and trained team that works efficiently and professionally to achieve the university’s goals and meet student aspirations.

Administrative and Legal Department
Specialized in following up administrative and legal affairs and regulatory decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
Specialized in following up administrative and legal affairs, preparing official correspondence and implementing instructions. Works on following up investigative committees and disciplinary committees with relevant committees. Takes legal measures against students and employees who have been subject to legal procedures. Follows up legal matters related to the section and provides legal advice. Issues appropriate books and decisions and gives legal status and cover to some decisions taken by the section director.
Accounts Department
Specialized in organizing financial affairs, entitlements and financial records.
Main Responsibilities:
Specialized in organizing financial affairs, preparing entitlements and following up financial records. Handles budgeting processes, monthly reviews and preparing audit records and final accounts. Sends budgets and final accounts to the Financial Audit Bureau.
Student Housing Department
Concerned with organizing student housing, room distribution and following up housing conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
Concerned with organizing student housing, distributing rooms and following up housing conditions. Receives students wishing to benefit from housing in internal departments. Completes housing procedures for students at the beginning of the academic year and follows up during the year. Receives housing documents and organizes student receipts. Issues permanent and temporary housing orders when completing housing procedures. Follows up student attendance status in residential complexes daily and sends them weekly to the ministry. Issues clearance certificates for students at the end of the academic year.
Social Research Department
Follows up social cases of students, studies problems and provides support.
Main Responsibilities:
Follows up social cases of students, studies problems and provides support and guidance. Conducts psychological and educational research in the educational field in cooperation with specialists. Organizes sports, artistic and educational activities. Prepares monthly lectures for supervisors and students. Raises awareness among students through awareness and guidance posters in health and behavioral fields.
Maintenance and Services Department
Responsible for maintenance work and daily services for internal departments.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for general maintenance work and daily services for internal departments. Supervises and maintains all equipment, furniture and electrical devices in all internal departments complexes. Conducts periodic inspection to review malfunctions in all service and health facilities. Handles blacksmithing, carpentry and other craft work in specialized workshops. Completes periodic maintenance work for generators, refrigerators and cooling devices.
Equipment Department
Provides equipment and supplies, follows up warehouses and ensures availability of needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Provides equipment and supplies, follows up warehouses and ensures availability of basic needs. Supervises the entry and exit of internal departments materials to and from the warehouses of internal departments. Follows up and supervises the disbursement of materials received by those responsible for entry and exit. Follows up and supervises furniture, consumable materials existing in internal departments and how to withdraw these materials in specialized warehouses.
