In addition to the opening session, the conference witnessed physical and electronic sessions in which one hundred and fourteen research working papers presented to the conference were presented and discussed, distributed among the axes of medical laboratory technologies , community health techniques, nursing techniques, pharmaceutical and therapeutic techniques. President of ALFurat ALAwsat Technical University Prof. Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy, In the closing speech of the conference, stressed the importance of giving applied scientific research the utmost importance to serve the labor market and benefit from it in supporting the health and economic sector in the country.
Also, he thanked the President of Duhok Technical University, Prof. Dr. Ari Adel, for the efforts made in hosting this scientific event, appreciating the role of the preparatory and scientific committees in both universities, whose efforts resulted in the success of this distinguished conference with its important research and studies, as well as the speakers who enriched the conference contribute significantly to finding solutions for real problems in the health and medical sector in Iraq . Al-Zuhairy, in another part of his speech, stressed that this conference comes to activate the memorandum of understanding signed earlier with Duhok Technical University, including holding conferences, seminars, courses and joint workshops and pointed to the university’s readiness to hold the fourth edition of this conference at ALFurat ALAwsat Technical University.
For her part, the President of Duhok Technical University praised her speech with the efforts of committees and researchers from both universities and congratulated everyone on the success of the conference and the university’s readiness for further cooperation in areas of common interest.
On the other hand, the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee , Dean of the Kufa Technical Institute at ALFurat ALAwsat Technical University, Prof. Dr. Fadel Sami Zughayr, gave a speech in which he explained that the papers presented to the conference by researchers joined the latest research studies in the detection of diseases and their causes within the axes of Medical Laboratory Technologies, Community Health Technologies, Nursing Techniques, Pharmaceutical and Therapeutic Techniques. On the other hand, the Chairman of the Scientific Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Medical and Health Technologies at Duhok Technical University Dr. Masoud Abdulkarim gave a speech in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mudhaffar Al-Zuhairy, for his continuous support that resulted in achieving the desired objectives of the conference, and the conferees concluded with several recommendations that included directing research towards advanced applied technical horizons that contribute effectively to solving health and medical crises, and urged researchers, professors and graduate students, to participate in solid technical and biological scientific research .
The conferees stressed the strengthening of the mutual relationship between researchers from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the center and the region and the Ministry of Health and Environment, which contributes to the development of research skills, as well as supporting sound health technology research and directing it applied towards serving the community healthily and medically, and the opening session and the closing session witnessed the distribution of commemorative shields for the two universities and the shield of the conference to several personalities, led by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region, Dr. Aram Muhammad Qadir as well about the guests, researchers, heads and members of the preparatory, scientific and supporting committees.
