Under the supervision of the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, the university participated in the Ministerial Photography Festival, which was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with wide participation from various Iraqi public and private universities. It is worth noting that the festival was held as part of the ministerial curriculum of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority – Student Activities Department for the academic year 2024-2025 (second semester) and was hosted by Al-Mustaqbal University and a number of public and private universities. It is worth noting that the university participated through a group of distinguished artworks that reflected the students’ skills and creativity in the field of photography. The photos covered a variety of topics, highlighting the beauty of Iraqi nature, heritage, and daily life, in addition to innovative artistic shots during the festival. The festival organizers praised the level of performance demonstrated by Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, emphasizing that such participation contributes to supporting students’ energies and fostering a spirit of competition and creativity among university students. This participation is part of the university presidency’s ongoing support for student artistic and cultural activities, which are an important part of shaping a student’s integrated academic personality.
