Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Mohsen Al-Mujtomi, Assistant President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, received a ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the work of the Citizens Affairs Department, in the presence of Ms. San Hassan Kamel, Head of the Department.
The committee reviewed all aspects of the department’s work as outlined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – Citizens Affairs Division, referring to the directives issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The University confirmed its commitment to fully comply with all regulations and instructions related to the Citizens Affairs Department.
During the visit, the committee examined all recent orders regarding the establishment of new Citizens Affairs units, monthly reports, the Electronic Citizen Service system, and the Awar platform, while emphasizing the need for certain measures to further enhance the department’s performance.
The committee praised the department’s workflow and efficiency, noting the efforts made to facilitate citizen transactions in accordance with the ministry’s rules and regulations.
