The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the launch of the Smart Education Platform (IQ LEARN) within the Iraqi higher education system, aiming to support the quality of teaching and learning and enhance academic performance efficiency through the adoption of advanced digital technologies and artificial intelligence applications.
The IQ LEARN platform provides a comprehensive and interactive educational ecosystem by automating the management of academic content in a manner aligned with the broader digital transformation agenda, which represents part of the global shifts in higher education models and the knowledge-based economy.
The Ministry affirmed that this smart platform constitutes a pivotal pillar in improving the quality of the educational process, modernizing interactive and innovative teaching tools, and providing significant momentum toward enhancing academic efficiency, supporting internationalization, and establishing a competitive university environment capable of knowledge production and innovation.
