Al-Mussaib Technical College at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Hosts an Academic Delegation from Gorgan University
Al-Mussaib Technical College at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University hosted an academic delegation from Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources in the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by Dr. Seyed Mohammad Mousavi, to discuss ways of enhancing scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions.
The meeting included a review of the scientific, research, and laboratory capabilities of both institutions and explored mechanisms for collaboration in the fields of scientific research, academic and student exchange programs, as well as the organization of joint training workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences. These initiatives aim to enhance the scientific and research skills of students and academic staff.
This visit comes in line with Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University’s strategy to expand its academic partnerships and strengthen engagement with reputable regional and international universities, thereby supporting the development of educational and research programs and improving academic performance.
The visit also featured a field tour of the college’s academic departments, specialized laboratories, and research fields. The visiting delegation expressed its admiration for the available scientific capabilities and infrastructure, emphasizing the importance of transforming the agreed areas of cooperation into joint action programs during the coming phase.
