The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has decided to grant public universities the authority to host students in the first, second, and third academic years, transferring them from evening study to morning study and vice versa, in the strictest of circumstances, within the same department, college, and university for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The Ministry of Higher Education has also approved granting public universities the authority to host students in their graduating years, transferring them from evening study to morning study and vice versa, in the strictest of circumstances and within the same department, college, and university, for the 2026–2027 academic year. This constitutes an exception to Paragraph (1) of Clause (H/9) of the hosting regulations previously circulated to all universities.
This measure comes in consideration of students’ academic circumstances and to enable universities to address cases that require hosting, within the approved limits and regulations.
