With the aim of assessing students’ academic and research competencies in their field of specialization and measuring their preparedness for advanced stages of scientific research, and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Angham Jassim Al-Rumaihi, Dean of the College of Health and Medical Techniques – Kufa at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at the College conducted the theoretical component of the comprehensive examination for PhD students specializing in Medical Laboratory Techniques. The examination was held in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as part of its efforts to strengthen and uphold the academic standards of postgraduate programs.
The examination was conducted under the supervision of a specialized academic committee comprising faculty members from the department, with direct oversight by the College Deanship, in an academic environment characterized by seriousness, discipline, and commitment.
Professor Al-Rumaihi explained that the College had provided all the necessary requirements and ensured an appropriate examination environment. She expressed her sincere wishes for the students’ continued success and achievement throughout their academic and research careers.
