As part of a series of training programs planned by the university in cooperation with Aqeel Al-Adhari Company, aimed at enhancing the skills of the largest possible number of its affiliates across various administrative, scientific, and technical disciplines—thereby contributing to the improvement of educational quality and institutional services—Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University concluded its first-level Train-the-Trainer (TOT) course.
The training was conducted in collaboration with Aqeel Al-Adhari Company and delivered by International Training Consultant Aqeel Mazhar Ne’ma Al-Adhari. The five-day course included intensive sessions that addressed modern training concepts and methodologies.
On the final day, theoretical and practical exams were administered to assess participant performance. These took place in the Continuing Education Center Hall, in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai, and the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Dr. Mahdi Hatif, alongside the supervisory committee composed of Mr. Ali Al-Zalmi, Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs; Dr. Ameer, Head of the Rehabilitation and Employment Division; and Assistant Lecturer Ikhlas Razzaq, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit.
During his visit to the examination hall, the University President stated:
“The university places the development of its staff’s capabilities at the forefront of its priorities. Cooperation with specialized training experts contributes to building a sustainable and advanced educational system.”
In his statement, International Training Consultant Aqeel Al-Adhari said:
“This course marks the beginning of an active partnership between the university and the company. Through it, we aim to empower academic and administrative staff with advanced training techniques that qualify them to transfer knowledge and drive institutional transformation.”
It is worth noting that a number of university staff participated in the course—especially heads of Women’s Affairs Units, Rehabilitation and Employment Units, and the Digital Incubator—who showed strong engagement with the course content and expressed interest in continuing this type of qualitative training in the future.
