The lectures focused on the concept of soft skills and their importance in the work environment, the development of effective communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management, in addition to enhancing digital skills and information technology competencies that support employability and entrepreneurship. The course also highlighted the role of professional and psychological counseling in guiding students and graduates toward appropriate career paths and building their competitive capacities.

This course was implemented as part of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University’s strategic plans aimed at strengthening the integration between education and the labor market, supporting rehabilitation and employment programs, empowering women, and building the capacities of university staff capable of transferring knowledge and expertise to students and graduates.
