The President of AlFurat ALAwsat Technical University, Prof. Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy, inaugurated the engineering laboratory in Babylon Governorate, affiliated to the Office of Scientific and Consulting Services in the Presidency of the University to provide construction laboratory testing services of all kinds. It is noteworthy that the laboratory has been equipped with all the basic requirements of devices and equipment to perform a wide range of soil, asphalt, concrete, iron, bricks, and slabs tests , as well as related physical and chemical examinations related to construction projects . It is noteworthy that the laboratory provides its services to all engineering projects in the province of Babylon, supporting the reconstruction process and embodying the concept of a productive university.
