Honoring the representatives of the participating universities, the Dean of Ishtar Private Medical Technical Institute, and the heads of the preparatory and scientific committees, on the sidelines of the closing of the Fifth International Scientific Conference on Medical and Biological Technologies.

The conference was organized by the Al-Kufa Technical Institute / Middle Euphrates Technical University, in partnership with the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Duhok Polytechnic University, Alexandria University in Egypt, and Ishtar Private Medical Technical Institute.
It was held over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, November 26–27, 2025, under the slogan:

“Medical Technologies… Our Hope for a Better Tomorrow.”
