In a scientific achievement reflecting the excellence of Iraqi academic competencies, the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Kuala Lumpur honored Mr. Osama Muhammad Fadhil, a faculty member at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University / College of Karbala Polytechnic, and a doctoral student, in recognition of his distinguished research contributions during his PhD studies in Computer Science / Information Technology at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
