The ministerial committee responsible for monitoring the work of Citizens Affairs visited today the branch of Imam Ja‘far Al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him) – Najaf Al-Ashraf, to conduct a field review of work procedures and to examine the reality of the services provided to students and visitors.

The committee was received by the University’s Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul-Mohsin Al-Majtoumi.

In the same context, the committee met with the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Lateef Al-Zubaidi, who welcomed the committee members and reviewed with them the key procedures adopted by the university and its formations to ensure workflow efficiency and meet the needs of students—especially persons with disabilities, families of martyrs, those covered by social care, and the underprivileged—through simplifying procedures and providing the necessary support in accordance with the ministry’s regulations and instructions.

During its tour, the committee also reviewed the workflow of the Citizens Affairs Division and the records section, the adopted follow-up system, reception windows, and mechanisms for handling requests and complaints. They also examined the services provided to students within the academic and administrative departments.

At the conclusion of the visit, the committee praised the procedures followed by the University Presidency and the staff of the Citizens Affairs Division, as well as the efforts made to serve students, visitors, and employees.

The ministerial committee also affirmed at the end of its visit that this level of commitment reflects the university’s dedication to providing a sustainable, safe, and comfortable campus environment for its students and staff, and to ensuring integration between the educational and administrative processes in order to deliver high-quality technical education aligned with the goals and mission of both the university and the ministry.
