The Board of Directors of the Electronic Computing Center Holds Its Third Meeting.
The Board of Directors of the Electronic Computing Center at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University held its third meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadi, with the attendance of all Board members, to discuss a number of topics included on the meeting’s agenda.
During the meeting, the Board discussed the following:
- Enhancing Information Security and Developing Technical Infrastructure:
The Chairman emphasized the importance of protecting data and systems and ensuring their continuity and reliability. He also stressed the need to develop the technical infrastructure in a manner that supports the Center’s objectives, enhances the efficiency of the services and programs provided to beneficiaries, and contributes to improving institutional performance. - Preparing the Center’s Work Plan:
The Board discussed the preparation of a detailed work plan for the Center, including the identification of activities and the establishment of performance indicators to periodically monitor progress and completion rates. This aims to evaluate implemented activities and projects according to clear and defined standards. - Updates and Proposals:
The Board reviewed a number of proposals related to advancing technical operations and improving the electronic services provided.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Chairman emphasized the importance of adhering to the implementation of the issued recommendations and intensifying efforts to enhance the Center’s technical and service performance in a manner that supports the educational and research processes at the University.
