Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Matouki, Dean of the Samawa Technical Institute, met a delegation from the Muthanna Electricity Directorate in his office. The two sides discussed possibilities for the Institute and the department mentioned above to collaborate. Guests with laboratory equipment, calibration by the standards and quality control system and the scientific personnel working on them, and the potential of certifying the laboratory in the Muthanna Electricity Department’s electrical testing.
