Administrative Authorities
1. Approval of the scientific, administrative, and technical staff structure and issuance of orders for its implementation across the university's various departments.
2. Ratification and conclusion of agreements with universities and scientific institutions in other countries.
3. Approval of the qualification and training plan for scientific and administrative staff upon the recommendation of the university president.
4. Recommendation for approval to refer university employees to the competent courts as a result of violating the provisions of the law, based on a recommendation from the university president.
5. Approval to extend the service of faculty members holding the rank of (Professor, Assistant Professor) upon reaching the legal retirement age, for one year renewable up to three times only, based on a recommendation from the relevant college council.
