Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hêlo Al-Askari, and under the supervision of the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, and within a strategic vision aimed at supporting young talents and promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and with follow-up by the Dean of Al-Polytechnic College–Al-Qadisiyah, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahieh, the Technological Incubator at the College continued the activities of Entrepreneurship Week in cooperation with the Department of Business Administration Technologies, as part of Entrepreneurship and Creativity Week launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research across Iraqi universities.

The Department of Business Administration Technologies organized a specialized course on the Fundamentals of Digital Entrepreneurship. The training course aimed to enhance students’ understanding of entrepreneurship in the digital environment and to develop the skills required by the digital business sector.

The course was delivered by Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein, Lecturer Ahmed Ghafar, and Assistant Lecturer Zainab Jassim, through a presentation covering the main topics of entrepreneurship in the digital environment.

The training workshop was attended by the Head of the Department of Business Administration Technologies, Assistant Professor Sadiq Al-Atabi, alongside a number of faculty members and college staff.

The continuation of these activities reflects the commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, represented by Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, to supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, opening new horizons for students to contribute to economic development, aligning with the requirements of the digital labor market, and reinforcing the role of technical colleges in serving society.
