Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University held an expanded meeting on digital transformation systems, focusing on the Student Information System (SIS). The meeting was chaired by the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, to review the readiness of the university’s colleges and institutes to complete the requirements of digital transformation and enhance the quality of services provided to students and academic staff in preparation for the new academic year.
The meeting, supervised by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai, was attended by the deans of the university’s colleges and institutes, along with a number of directors of relevant departments.
The meeting was moderated by the Director of the Electronic Computer Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Ta’meem Hameed Obaid. It included a review of the University President’s directives and the progress achieved by each college and institute in implementing the Digital Transformation Systems, particularly the Student Information System (SIS). Participants also discussed the challenges facing the university’s formations and explored practical solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure the successful implementation of the system.
