Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a media campaign and an exhibition of student outputs at the Technical College of Engineering for Oil and Energy, Al-Muthanna, through the Student Activities Division, as part of the Iraq Art Biennale Project 2025–2030, in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the university presidency.
The event showcased students’ artistic and creative productions in the fields of drawing, design, and handicrafts, in addition to presenting a number of scientific projects and outputs related to their engineering and petroleum specializations, reflecting the creative and scientific capabilities of the college’s students.
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Sadiq Hassan Al-Luayzi, emphasized the importance of the Iraq Art Biennale Project in supporting the artistic and cultural movement, strengthening cultural presence, and highlighting Iraqi identity, as well as its role in embracing youth talents and developing their creative skills.
This event aligns with the orientation of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University toward supporting student activities and cultural initiatives, and enhancing the university environment in a way that contributes to the development of students’ scientific and creative abilities.
