The Women’s Affairs Unit at Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute, part of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, organized a training course entitled “Effective Strategic Planning for Project Management, Problem-Solving, and Appropriate Decision-Making in the Labor Market.” The course was delivered by Mr. Hussein Ahmed Abd and attended by a number of the institute’s staff members.
The course aimed to develop participants’ skills in strategic planning and project management while enhancing their ability to address challenges and make informed decisions in line with labor market requirements. The sessions covered the fundamentals of effective strategic planning, professional project management practices, practical approaches to problem-solving, and decision-making mechanisms that contribute to improving institutional performance and achieving organizational objectives in the workplace.
This course forms part of the activities organized by the Women’s Affairs Unit at Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute to enhance the administrative and professional capabilities of participants and to promote a culture of sound planning and effective decision-making.
