Within the activities of the Iraqi Women’s Day Festival… which was sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, and the Women’s Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, under the slogan (Iraqi Creativity: Challenges and Successes) organized by the Women’s Affairs Division in the University Presidency, and the presence of the Turkish Consul General
Jafar Olcay Karakash and a number of presidents of public and private universities and the assistants of the university president and deans of the university formations, the Executive Director of the Tawasul Organization and the Director of the Najaf Chamber of Industry, in addition to directors of private sector companies, department directors, professors, university affiliates and formations, and graduate students.
The President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University opened the job fair in which 35 companies from the private sector participated, in which job opportunities were presented to graduates in all specializations.
Al-Zubaidi, for his part, visited the creativity corner, which specializes in student projects and scientific innovations.
He also visited the pavilion dedicated to the publications of female teachers in all fields.
The exhibition also included interactive activities that included live drawing sessions by students.
