In order to enhance the academic process and as part of its efforts to expand horizons of academic cooperation, the College of Health and Medical Technologies–Kufa at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, represented by Professor Dr. Angham Jassim Al-Rumaihi, Dean of the College, signed a twinning and joint cooperation agreement with Al-Hilla University College (private) in Babil Governorate, with the aim of building bridges of communication with counterpart educational institutions.
The agreement was signed at the College of Health and Medical Technologies–Kufa during a visit by a delegation from Al-Hilla University, represented by Dr. Zainab Mubarak, Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at the university, in the presence of its senior staff.
The agreement aims to promote openness to other educational institutions and enhance academic integration, contributing to the preparation of a scientifically qualified generation capable of meeting the requirements of the labor market.
The agreement includes several key provisions, most notably the exchange of expertise and field visits through organizing regular visits for students and faculty members to review educational laboratories at both institutions, as well as holding joint academic activities such as seminars, conferences, and scientific events aimed at raising students’ cognitive and cultural levels. In addition, specialized workshops will be implemented for students to develop their scientific and practical skills in line with labor market needs.
