The President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Prof. Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy, honored the students who achieved advanced positions in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s reading competition with certificates of appreciation and financial rewards. The ceremony was attended by
Vice president for administration affairs, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Mohsen Al-Mujtoumi, and the deans of the Engineering Technical College in Najaf and the Technical Institute in Diwaniya, as well as the families of the winning students.
It is worth mentioning that the winning students are Rusel Mohammed Jasim from Al-Musiab Technical Institute, Alaa Hassan Jasim from Al-Diwaniya Technical Institute, and Issa Ajwal Rashid from Najaf Technical Institute. They were previously honored by His Excellency Minister Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi with certificates of appreciation, as their rankings were among the top 100 out of 20,000 students who participated in the competition from various government and private universities.
Al-Zuhairy mentioned in his speech that the university takes pride in all its students, especially those who excel academically and actively participate in scientific, cultural, sports, artistic, and community service initiatives and activities.
