Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hêlo Al-Askari, and under the supervision of the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, and within a strategic vision aimed at supporting young talents and promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, the Higher Institute for Nano Technologies continued the activities of Entrepreneurship and Creativity Week 2026 for the second day, coinciding with the Global Entrepreneurship Week, with close follow-up by the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Bashar Jabbar Hamza.
The Higher Institute for Nano Technologies for Postgraduate Studies organized an interactive workshop entitled “Interactive Learning Using the Kahoot Application” as part of its efforts to keep pace with modern educational methods and enhance the digital learning environment.
The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hanin Hamza Alwan, a faculty member at the Higher Institute for Nano Technologies for Postgraduate Studies. During the session, she demonstrated how to utilize the Kahoot application as an innovative tool to increase classroom engagement and motivate students to participate actively, thereby reinforcing the principles of active learning.
The workshop included practical applications on how to create interactive quizzes and activities, highlighting their role in developing critical thinking, teamwork, and positive competition skills, in addition to fostering creativity and innovation among students, in line with the requirements of modern education and entrepreneurship.
This workshop is part of a series of activities that the Institute organizes to support young talents and encourage students to leverage modern technologies to enhance their educational and entrepreneurial skills.
