Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the supervision of the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, and within a strategic vision aimed at supporting young talents and fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, the Babylon Technical Institute continues the activities of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week 2026, in conjunction with Global Entrepreneurship Week, with direct follow-up by the Dean of the Babylon Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Najah Kadhim.

In this context, the Institute held a panel discussion entitled:
“Strategies for Entrepreneurial Success and Moving Toward a Better Future,” as part of its ongoing efforts to consolidate entrepreneurial concepts and enhance students’ awareness of the importance of strategic planning in building successful ventures.

The discussion addressed several key themes, most notably the foundations of entrepreneurial planning, mechanisms for opportunity exploitation, and the importance of innovation in addressing labor market challenges. It also highlighted the role of entrepreneurship in achieving sustainable development and shaping a more stable and prosperous future.

The session witnessed notable engagement from students, contributing to the strengthening of their spirit of initiative and motivating them to embrace entrepreneurial thinking as a promising pathway toward building a successful professional future.

This panel forms part of a series of activities organized by the Babylon Technical Institute in support of young talents and in furtherance of fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation within the educational environment.
