This division reports to the Office of the Administrative Assistant. It handles official correspondence (incoming and outgoing), copying and distributing documents, archiving, entering outgoing and incoming data, and maintaining the electronic mail system to send official letters to all university colleges, departments, centers, and divisions.

Staff of this division work around the clock to ensure rapid delivery of correspondence and smooth workflow, including external mail.

The division also preserves all orders and official communications sent to and received from various ministries, colleges, and institutions using modern archiving methods, making them easily accessible for multiple purposes whenever needed.
