This division is responsible for maintaining and managing wired and wireless networks and providing comprehensive services for maintaining electronic devices, including computers, copiers, and printers across all departments, divisions, and units of the university. These services include diagnosing and resolving faults, improving performance, and ensuring security, as well as providing the necessary software and drivers for efficient operation.
Additionally, the division provides internet and intranet services that connect all university formations, both academic and administrative, with high capabilities.
Other responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining internet services, fixing network issues, and resolving all technical and software-related problems of university computers and their accessories to ensure uninterrupted work. The division also contributes to various other tasks, such as providing technical support and managing electronic systems like Al-Siraj and archiving systems.
